How I work

Specialist one-to-one ADHD coaching

My accredited ADHD coaching sessions are practical and effective. I provide ADHD coaching through weekly, 50-minute, one-to-one sessions tailored to your needs, learning style and goals.

Sessions cost from £140 – with blocks of four sessions being paid for in advance – and take place at my home in north London or online, using Zoom.

If you’ve been offered ADHD coaching through Access to Work I can talk you through the logistics when you book your free discovery call.

My approach has helped people just like you to manage their emotions, develop stronger relationships, improve their time management and focus, and generally thrive with ADHD.

Every session starts with a conversation: what’s gone well this week? What’s challenged you? What do you want to work on today? How are you getting on with the strategy we talked about?

Once we’ve identified what’s holding you back I use a combination of guidance, powerful strategies and practical tools to help you get unstuck – breaking through the challenges of life with ADHD and helping you create a happier, more productive life.

Who I work with

I work with adults of all ages – often professionals – and help late-diagnosed adult women reflect on their life through an ADHD lens.

I help students achieve a healthy balance between study time and personal life and to develop independence in all areas of their lives.

Since completing my ADDCA family training I also work with children, young adults, parents and families. Family coaching can be a powerful, life-changing experience – reducing conflict, improving understanding and strengthening relationships.
