What is ADHD coaching?
ADHD comes with its own challenges: from time management and focus to emotions and relationships. Often the coping strategies you’ve been taught simply don’t work with your neurodivergent brain.
Wherever you are on your ADHD journey it’s common to have more questions than answers. Chances are you’ve spent your whole life being told you’re doing things wrong, and feeling like you’re disappointing friends and loved ones, as well as yourself.
But with the right understanding, support and guidance you can thrive with ADHD.
Working in partnership with a specialist, accredited ADHD coach – particularly one with lived experience – can help you understand the unique strengths and challenges that accompany ADHD.
We’ll start by identifying what’s keeping you stuck. What would you like to change? What can you let go of? Where do you struggle with executive function? What are your priorities and goals? Where do you most need support?
As you rush through life feeling overwhelmed you don’t notice the answers are right there in front of you – you just need time and space to see them. ADHD coaching provides that space, to help you live a better, more fulfilling life.
